The fees below include all taxes but do not include courier charges as clients are expected to submit their own self-addressed envelopes with prepaid airway bills for return of their documents. Usually, if our clients do not submit the courier envelopes/airway bills, we return the documents either via USPS Standard Mail® or First-Class Mail®. Alternatively, we can courier the documents ourselves at an extra cost to any domestic or international location but we will need complete details for destination location to generate a courier quote (name of recipient, exact address including postal/ZIP code and telephone number are required).
You can pay one total amount for all of the below cumulative charges/services (e.g., for USDOS Authentication and embassy legalization), or you can split it by categories and make separate payments (e.g., one payment for USDOS services and the other one for embassy services). However, we prefer one total payment to reduce workload amount on our Financial Department to supply invoices/receipts.
Clients are not to face any additional hidden charges.

Consular Legalization Services
The below fees are our preliminary service fees for consular legalization at foreign embassies, consulates and missions in Washington, DC. They are "preliminary" because foreign embassies in WDC have different official consular fees and terms of payment.
Usually, clients would pay us the total amount that includes both our service fees and official consular fees. We would then arrange on behalf of the client whatever form of payment is accepted by that particular embassy. All receipts will be provided to the client.

If you order full service that includes authentication at US Department of State and consular legalization at the embassy our service fee is 160 US regardless of numbers of documents + official fees + return shipment..
Notarization Charges
Usually, we charge US$5 per document for notarization in the USA (certified true copies of documents - e.g., diplomas, certificates, marriage documents, etc.). However, we may not be able to notarize documents if the physical presence of the person is required (e.g., for Powers of Attorney). Please contact us for a quote if you have several documents to notarize as we may offer you a discount based on volume of documents.
We can also provide mobile notary services within the D.C. Area. Preliminary appointment is necessary with at least 24 hours notice.
Courier Charges
If you would like us to return your documents by courier (such as DHL, FedEx, UPS) either domestically (within the USA) or internationally, please contact our Financial Department by email e-mail: financial.department@apostille-legalization.com. Please provide recipient's name, his/her full return address including ZIP/Postal code and telephone number.
After you get confirmation that such shipment is possible and the detailed quote, you would need to pay us either separately or as part of the quote for our other services via Pay Now link.
Foreign Visas Services
Our service fees for foreign visas vary from 60 to 100 US depends on the country on the top of any consular visa fees regardless of the type of visa and speed of visa issuance
For printing out client photographs for visa applications we charge additional US$5.
Executive Errand Services
We also provide executive errand services such as retrieval of documents in Washington, DC. Please see our fee structure below.
Retrieval of non-standard documents or special errands will be charged an hourly rate below plus a mileage surcharge typical for DC area. Before embarking upon the initiative, we will structure and agree with you an ad-hoc service and pricing plan that meets your individual requirements.
